At ImprovEdge, we see leadership coaching as most effective when it is behavior-oriented to focus on real-world application of techniques and best practices. Goals, techniques and coaching are focused on upcoming events, milestones and behavioral goals. New skills are practiced live for the coach and then evaluated in a timely fashion which creates a pace for implementation and practice of new ideas and improvements.
